My Lilo light doesn't light up or flickers, what can I do?

Check if there is a connection, especially at the level of the junction between the cable and the lamp (this part is quite sensitive and you have to push the cable all the way in for the lamp to light up). ☀️

If it does not work, do not hesitate to write to us via our contact form it where you can explain to us (as detailed as possible) the problem and don’t forget to indicate the model of your light (a simple photo will help us), a photo of your charger (written side), a photo of your light (LEDs side) and your postal address. 💌

As a reminder, our lights and their power supplies are guaranteed for 2 years after the date of purchase.
