What are my plant pods made of (nutrients, seeds, soil ...)? 👀

The plant pods are made of bio-compostable vegetable plastic. 🌎 You can also repot your plants leaving the plant pod, it will avoid breaking the roots! 

The substrate inside the capsule is composed of peat, coconut fiber and nutrients (minerals) essential for plant growth. This substrate and the plant can be composted when your plant reaches the end of its cycle and if you do not wish to repot it.

Please note that we regularly test our plant pods to find the best possible combination so that each plant can grow as well as possible. Because of this we have set up different methods of plant pod nutrition.

• Some of them have "integrated nutrition", in other words, we place small beads in the capsules (visible to the naked eye) that allow the plant to be nourished throughout its growth. Thus, when you receive your plant pod, it is ready to use and you don't have to do anything (except put it in the floater with enough water!).

• Another technique that has been implemented very recently is bagged nutrition. If you have a small bag in addition to your plant pod, it is the nutrition that your plant needs to grow. In this case, the bag is to be put in the water of your floater, unopened, as soon as you put your plant pod into the floater ☞
