I changed my mind and I would like to return my order. What should I do? 😕

⚠ ️ Once the order is registered, we cannot cancel or modify it.

However if you change your mind during the process or upon receipt of your order you have a period of 14 days after purchase to retract.

You should contact us at [e-mail]. You will then have to send us back the items of your order as you received them. That is to say unopened, unused and in the original packaging and condition. All these elements must be placed in a shipping box of your choice, well secured and deposited in your mail with the delivery note stuck on it.

Upon reception of the package, we will proceed to the total refund of your order except for the shipping costs of the return.

☞ For purchase on other platform, we invite you to contact our reseller for purchase in store, on Amazon delivered by Amazon and other partner websites.
