Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email indicating its departure as well as your order number. Don't forget to check your spam!
You can also follow its shipment on your Prêt à Pousser account:
- Log in to your personal Prêt à Pousser account.
- Look in the section "My orders" to find the tracking number of your package and follow it on the shipping company's website.
You can then go to your customer area on our website to find the tracking number of your package and follow it on the carrier's website.
If you can't find your order or if you have a question about its delivery, don't hesitate to write to us via our contact form and fill in the form with the requested information (order number or email corresponding to your customer account), so that we can help you!
